1. Acceptance of Terms & Realm Jurisdiction
This website (pyrevault.com) is operated by PyreVault. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to PyreVault. PyreVault offers this website, including all information, tools, relics, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our sanctuary and/or purchasing an artifact from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site without limitation.
2. Online Sanctuary Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you are of the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to utilize this site.
You may not use our products or designs for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws or weapon replica possession regulations).
3. Artisan Craftsmanship & Authentic Variations
Our pieces are cast, hand-finished, and assembled in small-batch foundry settings. Because we utilize genuine volcanic obsidian, semi-precious minerals, fire-tempered metals, and hand-applied antique patinas, subtle variations in texture, stone striations, coloration, and hand-tooling are inherent to the artisanal casting process.
These minor natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects; rather, they serve as the singular fingerprint of hand-finished authenticity for each individual relic.
4. Order Processing, Forging Queues & Cancellations
Upon checkout confirmation, orders are immediately transmitted to our partner foundries to secure raw metals and enter the crafting queue.
- 12-Hour Modification Grace Period: You may modify your shipping address or cancel your order for a 100% refund within 12 hours of purchase by summoning support at support@pyrevault.com.
- Post-Grace Period: Once 12 hours have elapsed, materials have been cut or cast, and parcels cannot be halted until they arrive at your destination under our standard return policy.
5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address provided at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
6. Pricing & Currency
Prices for our relics are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any relic without liability. Prices displayed in non-USD currencies reflect real-time automated foreign exchange conversion rates.
7. The 30-Day Relic Oath (Returns & Refunds)
We stand unwaveringly behind the caliber of our artifacts. If an item does not meet your warrior expectations:
- You possess 30 calendar days from the recorded delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Artifacts must be in original, unworn condition with original protective packaging and certification intact.
- Upon receipt and inspection at our intake depot, refunds are disbursed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

8. Intellectual Property & Sanctuary Copyright
All content, imagery, logos, brand emblems, product copy, custom graphics, and theme designs featured on pyrevault.com are the proprietary intellectual property of PyreVault or its respective licensors. Reproduction, duplication, or redistribution of our designs without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PyreVault and its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our products or services. Decorative swords, ritual daggers, and display weapons are sold strictly as collectors' art pieces and decorative relics, not functional armory weapons.
