This keeps prices honest, reduces excess production waste, and guarantees that every artifact received is securely handled.

Why Multiple Packages May Arrive
Because certain relics demand distinct crafting and packaging requirements—such as sculpted sanctuary statues, intricate wearable adornments, and forged display blades produced by specialized workshops—your order may occasionally be split into multiple shipments.
Rest assured: You will never be charged extra shipping fees for split parcels, and each package will receive its own unique tracking number sent directly to your email.
The 30-Day Pyre Transit Oath
We take full responsibility for your order until it is safely in your hands. If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, or if an item arrives damaged from the voyage:
- Contact our guardian support team at support@pyrevault.com within 30 days of the dispatch date.
- Include your Order Number and photo documentation if damaged upon arrival.
- We will immediately forge and dispatch a complimentary replacement or provide a 100% refund without dispute.
Customs, Duties & Import Clearances
Over 98% of PyreVault shipments pass through domestic postal customs without incurring any auxiliary fees. However, depending on your national laws and local tax authorities, import tariffs or regional VAT may occasionally apply upon border entry. These fees are established by your regional customs authority and remain the buyer's responsibility.

Is shipping really free for all orders? +
Yes. Shipping is 100% FREE for all items and all destinations worldwide. All packaging and tracked courier transit costs are already included in the price of each artifact—there are never any unexpected shipping fees added at checkout.
How do I track my order? +
As soon as your relic leaves the foundry, you will receive an automated shipping notification email containing your tracking number and direct tracking link. You can also monitor real-time tracking through our on-site order lookup or by contacting support.
Can I cancel or alter my shipping address? +
You have a 12-hour grace window from when your order is placed to request address changes or cancellations before our foundries lock the order into casting and fulfillment. Contact support@pyrevault.com immediately with your Order ID.
What if my tracking status has not updated for a few days? +
International postal tracking typically shows pauses while a parcel is crossing overseas transit or clearing customs inspection. Once scanned by your domestic postal service (e.g. USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post), milestones update daily up to doorstep delivery.
